SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
At this time, Yellow Bird only ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States. Yellow Bird does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S territories, or international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Yellow Bird charges a flat shipping fee of $2.00 for all orders containing just one item. If two or more items are ordered then the $2.00 shipping fee is waived and the customer does not incur any shipping and handling fees. Shipping charges are reviewed in the shopping cart before the purchase is made. We ship all orders with USPS.
If a customer is dissatisfied with his/her order, items may be returned to Yellow Bird for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping charges. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the order being shipped. No refund will be granted after this period. For example, jewelry that was delivered on Monday January 1 could be returned with a postmark as late as Monday January 15. Refunds will be given to the card used to make the purchase. We do not issue checks or cash for refunds. You must include the following information with your returned merchandise:
1) Your Name
2) Phone Number
3) Order Number
4) Reason for Return
Your merchandise can be returned for any reason, so please be honest.
